As head of Baird’s medical technology research team, Suey earned a reputation as one of the company’s top equity analysts. During this time, he collected various awards for stock picking and analysis. In 2002 and 2003, The Wall Street Journal gave him a Top Five rating in its annual "Best on the Street" analyst ranking for stock picking in his sector. In the 2000 Reuters Survey, he was named one of the leading analysts by portfolio managers and corporate management. StarMine ranked him as the top stock picker in his sector in 2001 and runner-up in 2002. Suey has been a featured speaker at national industry and company conferences.

Suey earned an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago and is a CFA® charter holder. He has served on the Boards of the Milwaukee Urban League and Organization of Chinese Americans - Wisconsin. He achieved membership in Baird’s elite President’s and 1919 Clubs and was president of the Multicultural Financial Advisor Network.
During his free time Suey enjoys live music, attending sporting events, exercise, and travel.
